Cancellation and Refund policy

At Estudymania India Private limited, we strive to provide our students with the best possible learning experience. We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, or request a refund for a session you were unable to attend. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

• Cancellation of Tutoring Sessions If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you will be charged for the session.
• If a tutor cancels a session, we will work with you to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for you, or provide a refund for the session if you prefer.
• Rescheduling of Tutoring Sessions If you need to reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. We will work with you to find a new time that is convenient for you and your tutor.
• If you need to reschedule a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that a new time will be available.
• Refunds If you are unable to attend a tutoring session for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for you, or provide a refund for the session if you prefer.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction. If you paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same credit card.
• No-Show Policy If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session without notifying us, you will be charged for the session.
• Changes to Our Policy We may update our cancellation and refund policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes to our policy by email or by posting a notice on our website
