1.How do I find a tutor?

To find a tutor, simply search for the subject you need help with and browse through the profiles of our available tutors. You can filter your search by subject, price, availability, and more. Once you find a tutor that you would like to work with, you can schedule a session with them and get started right away.

2. How do I schedule a session with a tutor?

To schedule a session with a tutor, simply go to their profile and click on the “Schedule a Session” button. From there, you can select a date and time that works for you, and the tutor will receive a notification of your request. Once they confirm the session, you will receive a notification and can prepare for your session.

3. How do I cancel a session?

To cancel a session, simply go to your dashboard and find the session you would like to cancel. Click on the session and then click the “Cancel” button. Please note that if you cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you may still be charged for the session.

4. What if I need to reschedule a session?

If you need to reschedule a session, simply contact the tutor directly to request a new time. You can do this by going to your dashboard and finding the session, then clicking on the tutor’s profile and sending them a message.

5. What if I am not satisfied with my session?

6. How do I pay for my sessions?

You can pay for your sessions through our secure payment system, which accepts major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of booking, and you will receive a receipt for each session.

If you experience technical difficulties during a session, please contact the tutor directly to troubleshoot the issue. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact us for assistance.
